Section 9 <br />Detailed Housekeeping Requirements <br />The detailed work requirements are intended to cover the custodial maintenance service required under this <br />contract in a general manner, but they may not be complete in all the details. If any items have inadvertently <br />been omitted that should be included to affect a complete job, they shall be included in the services <br />rendered and brought to the attention of the Assistant Facilities Maintenance Superintendent. The city <br />reserves the right to make changes to this schedule of services as it may find necessary or desirable from <br />time to time to satisfy the requirements of the city. <br />30 <br />
