Section 10 <br />Location of Cleaning Area <br />10.10 Areas <br />The areas to be cleaned under this section of the proposal are as follows: <br />■ Public Library <br />All areas of the library building located at 13020 Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota 55330, <br />excluding the Mechanical room. Total square footage of area to be cleaned is approximately 16,818 <br />square feet. Times available for cleaning will be from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday through <br />Saturday and all -day Sunday. <br />General Areas <br />Week Month Other <br />1. Empty wastebaskets and replace liners as needed (plastic <br />6x <br />liners supplied by the city). All waste to be moved to a <br />designated area, no waste to be thrown away unless clearly <br />marked. <br />2. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains <br />6x <br />3. Spot clean all interior windows and railing glass to remove <br />6x <br />fingerprints <br />4. Completely clean all interior glass <br />1x <br />5. Vacuum all entry mats <br />6x <br />6. Vacuum area carpets <br />1x <br />7. Dust mop or sweep all hard surface floors <br />6x <br />8. Spot clean spills and stains on carpets <br />6x <br />9. Damp mop or use floor machine on all hard surface floors <br />6x <br />10. Dust all accessible hi-lo horizontal surfaces including counter <br />2x <br />tops, windowsills, heating vents, light fixtures and furniture <br />11. Dry dust file cabinets and bookshelves <br />2x <br />12. Spot clean walls and doors <br />1x <br />13. Clean marks from kick plates <br />1x <br />14. Remove dust and cobwebs from return vents and ceilings <br />1x <br />15. Sanitize phones <br />1x <br />16. Shampoo upholstery <br />1x per year <br />17. Vacuum upholstered chairs and edge vacuum <br />1x <br />18. Collection and disposal of recyclable materials <br />6x <br />19. Put recyclables outside for weekly pick-up <br />6x <br />20.
