7.70 Cleaning Area <br />Building cleanable area shall consist of the areas specified in Section 10. <br />7.80 Work Procedures <br />The contractor shall provide written procedures documentation to the Assistant Facilities Maintenance <br />Superintendent for approval prior to implementation to ensure building security, energy conservation and <br />compliance with specifications. A procedural requirement shall be maintaining a daily logbook at each <br />location on all contracted activities. <br />7.90 Sanitization Checklist <br />The contractor and employees shall fill out the daily sanitization checklist at the following locations: <br />■ Lions Park Restrooms and Servery, 1104 Loins Park Drive <br />■ Orono Park Restrooms, 18599 Gary Street <br />■ Youth Athletic Complex Restrooms, 9850 165Ih Avenue <br />■ Trott Brook Barn, 18282 Trott Brook Parkway <br />7.100 Supervision <br />The contractor shall provide a competent supervisor to be available on site or by phone during the working <br />hours of the contractor's workforce. The supervisor shall be responsible for the performance of the <br />contractor's employees and the physical security of the premises during the work shift and coordinating the <br />contractors over activities with the Assistant Facilities Maintenance Superintendent. <br />27 <br />
