Approximate square feet of no wax linoleum type flooring in each building <br />Public Library — 15,000 <br />Lions Park Restrooms and Servery — 0 <br />Trott Brook Barn — 0 <br />Youth Athletic Complex Restrooms — 0 <br />Orono Park Restrooms — 0 <br />7.20 Changes in Scope of Contract <br />The city reserves the right to alter or modify this contract with respect to area, tasks or budget changes. <br />Fifteen (15) days written notice shall be provided to the contractor. Contract modifications shall be made by <br />Supplemental Agreement to the contract. <br />7.30 Nonperformance <br />Failure of the contractor to complete the tasks outlined in these conditions shall be a basis for termination <br />of the contract by the city as provided for in these specifications. <br />7.40 Hours <br />Cleaning hours are as follows: <br />■ Library building shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday, and all day on <br />Sunday. <br />■ Lions Park Restrooms and Servery shall be cleaned on Saturday nights between the hours of <br />10:OOpm and 6:OOam and additional cleanings if requested by Parks and Recreation staff. <br />■ Orono Park Restrooms shall be cleaned Friday and Saturday nights between the hours of 10:OOpm <br />and 6:OOam and additional cleanings if requested by Parks and Recreation staff. <br />■ Youth Athletic Complex Restrooms shall be cleaned on Saturday nights between the hours of <br />10:OOpm and 6:OOam and additional cleanings if requested by Parks and Recreation staff. <br />■ Trott Brook Barn shall be cleaned Saturday nights between the hours of 10:OOpm and 6:OOam and <br />additional cleanings if requested by Parks and Recreation staff. <br />*Additional cleanings would be requested at least 7 days prior to the extra cleaning date. <br />7.50 Equipment <br />The city shall supply all equipment necessary to perform the services herein except for those supplies listed <br />in Section 7.70. Equipment shall be maintained in clean, properly operating condition and shall be suitable <br />for the areas and tasks to be performed. <br />7.60 Supplies Provided by Owner <br />The city shall provide all cleaning materials required to perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to <br />cleaning compounds for floors, carpets, fixtures, glass and furniture, carpet spot cleaner, spill and stain <br />remover products, disinfectants, mops, dust cloths and polishes, and all paper products. Supplies shall be <br />kept in a neat and organized manner in the janitor's closets at each facility. <br />26 <br />
