2. Arena Personnel shall be proficient in responding to emergency procedures <br />to include the FERP (Facility Emergency Response plan) covering fire, <br />tornado/severe weather, chemical spills, and other emergency procedures. <br />3. Maintain regular/annual training on emergency equipment and procedure <br />specific to ammonia. Permanent staff shall be trained on SCBA annually. <br />D. Inspection Programs and Records <br />1. Inspections and records of hazardous material equipment will be completed <br />daily. <br />2. Records shall be kept for the necessary retention schedule and made available <br />for review by certified inspectors upon request. <br />3. Maintenance procedures and training shall meet all criteria and standards per <br />OSHA, part 1910.120, page 120, paragraph Q. <br />E. General Maintenance/Operation <br />1. Refer to Section. <br />2. Cleaning standards shall be of quality to promote return customers and <br />maintain good safety practices. <br />3. OSHA standards shall be maintenance. <br />4. Proper equipment and timely repairs to assure safety and efficiency in the <br />building operation. <br /> <br />21.10 SERVICES AND MERCHANDISE <br />A. Refer to Sections <br />B. The Arena shall provide rental skates, skate sharpening services and provide limited <br />pro shop items/merchandise for sale. <br /> <br />21.11 PROMOTIONS/MARKETING <br />A. Refer to Section. <br />B. Merchandise for sale is available in the Arena Office. <br />C. The arena shall aggressively market the facility and promote the sale of merchandise. <br /> <br />D. The FTCEC shall not take cash transactions nor support of the agencies to do so for <br />sale of “commission” items and/or fundraisers unless pre-approved and authorized <br />by the Facility Superintendent. <br />E. The Arena shall offer advertisement opportunities per the guidelines defined in <br />Section, Advertisement and Soliciting. <br />F. Any commission ice rates, or sales must be pre-approved by the FTCEC <br />Commission prior to commencement of any agreement. <br />G. The Arena shall promote events (i.e. clinic, tournaments, fundraisers, special events, <br />etc.) scheduled in the arena by outside entities upon requested and materials provide <br />by an independent group. <br /> <br /> <br />
