Help us maintain a clean, friendly facility. <br /> Share in the pride of our facility and use the facility in a respectful manner <br />H. Skate Aid Use <br /> Skate aids may only be used by skaters 8 years old and under. <br /> Only arena authorized skate aids (the white ones inside the cage0 may be <br />used. No-homemade aids or chairs are allowed on the ice. <br /> Any person using a skate aid must be accompanied by an adult skater. <br /> No skate aid is to be left unattended on the ice. <br /> No skate aid should block a doorway on the rink. <br />I. Team Room Rules <br /> The FTCEC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. <br /> Team members will be held responsible for any damages to the team room <br />and associated areas used by the group. A vandalism policy is in place to <br />identify and provide options for reimbursement of the valued damage. <br /> Deposit waste in waste receptacles. Your assistance to pick up tape balls and <br />beverage containers is appreciated. <br /> <br />21.7 SUPERVISION AND CONDUCT OF USERS <br />A. Refer to Section and Section. <br />B. Arena personnel shall be designated to supervise the arena at all times of scheduled <br />ice/or during Community Center events when high volume through the arena area is <br />anticipated to ensure safety and provide general customer service. <br />21.8 SECURITY AND SURVEILLANCE <br />A. Refer to Section11. <br />B. The public shall be notified that the FTCEC has surveillance equipment in <br />operation. <br /> <br /> <br />21.9 OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES, STANDARDS, AND STAFFING <br />A. Safety standards <br />1. Maintain clean, safe facility. <br />2. Maintain documentation of routine maintenance checks on equipment, <br />incidents and inspections and associated record keeping promoting safe <br />practices. <br />B. Maintain proper license and inspections <br />1. Maintain air quality standards as set forth by the State of Minnesota <br />Environmental Health Department <br />C. Emergency <br />Arena Personnel shall be trained to respond to basic first aid incidents. <br />1. Arena Personnel shall be readily available and willing to assist emergency <br />service personnel when called to the facility for an injury/incident. <br />
