Should a special consideration be requested, <br />written permission will be reviewed and granted/denied by the said staff. <br />Confirmation for any allowances will be written on the permit. The facility <br />user shall be liable for any damages caused in violation of these rules. <br /> It is the responsibility of the rental group to follow all additional posted rules <br />as summarized below, and to follow instructions of the FTCEC Staff. <br /> A variety of activities/events and meetings are scheduled in the FTCEC. <br />Please respect each other’s space and occurring event. <br /> <br />F. General Rules of Conduct in the Ice Arena <br />The following behavior is prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the FTCEC. <br />Offenders will be subject to suspension of use privileges and may jeopardize full use <br />by an Association (organized group). <br /> Engaging in horseplay <br /> Using sticks, pucks, or balls in off ice areas. <br /> Throwing of objects <br /> Loitering <br /> Hanging over the railings of over ledges <br /> Fighting or disruptive behavior <br /> Using offensive, obscene, or abusive language <br /> Drinking alcoholic beverages, use of tobacco and/or illegal substances on the <br />Furniture and Things Community Event Center premises. <br /> Bringing pets in the building <br /> In-line skating and skateboarding in the facility. <br /> Participating in acts of vandalism. (Such acts should be reported immediately to <br />FTCEC staff. Vandals will be held responsible for full amount of damage.) <br /> <br />G. Ice Arena General Skating and Use Rules <br /> No one is allowed on the ice until the Zamboni is off the ice and the double <br />doors are closed. <br /> For your safety, stay clear of rink doors while ice is being resurfaced. <br /> Food and beverage are not allowed on the ice. <br /> Tag, ball throwing, racing or “crack the whip” are not allowed <br /> Street shoes, chairs or other skating assistance devices are not allowed on the <br />ice. <br /> During public skating sessions, hockey and figure skating practices are not <br />permitted. Please refer to Open Freestyle and Open Hockey times. <br /> Do not sit on boards or in penalty or player’s boxes. <br /> Skate guards must be worn when walking in bleacher or lobby areas. <br /> Skate at SLOW SPEEDS to avoid collisions and watch out for small <br />children. <br /> Obey the Rink Attendants. <br />
