TASK DESCRIPTION Client Deliverables: - Review of 30% Plans (2nd submittal package) - Review of updated preliminary layout, cost estimates and memos associated with the future trail accommodation. - State Aid project number provided by City of Elk River 3.1.1 Provide additional project management including day to day check -ins with staffto assure project remains on the revised schedule due to additional of trail. 3.1.2 Provide design supportto assist with restartingthe CATEX document to reflect the changes to the project. 3.1.3 Receive additional topographical points and data (County to perform survey) along north project limits to update base files, and existing 3D model (if deemed necessary). 3.1.4 Review CSAH 33 alignment. Layout proposed 10-11 foot shift north from Auburn Street thru Smith Street and from Quincy Street east to the west channelization for the roundabout. Modify alignment to reflect final alignment. Coordinate alignment shift with County. 3.1.5 Update the geometry basefile to reflectthe proposed CSAH 33 shift. Update includes mainline, left bypass lanes, driveways, side street connections and other affected geometry. Update includes showingthe future trail location for schematical visual purposes only (no 3D design). Future trail will not be depicted on construction plans or cross sections. 3.1.6 Recut existing groundlines along newly established alignments for Auburn Street, Yale Street, Vance Street, Ulysses Street and Smith Street. 3.1.7 Review CSAH 33 profile based upon adjusted alignment. Areas of specific concern include at Ulysses Street (sight lines) and east of Quincy Street where CSAH 33 splits two residential driveways. (Assumes alignment shift is approved at 10 or 11 feet, onetime update.) 3.1.8 Extend alignments and update profiles for Auburn Street, Yale Street, Vance Street, Ulysses Street and Smith Street due to CSAH 33 alignment/profile shifts. 3.1.9 Recompute intersection sightlines at each intersection (excludes CSAH 13) due to alignment and profiles revisions. Make corrective updates deemed appropriated for alignment and/or profiles (mainline or side street). 3.1.10 Update Civil 3D models to incorporate urban typical section and 5-foot boulevard along south side of CSAH 33 from approximately 350 feet west of Auburn Street east to Quincy Street. 3.1.11 Update Civil 3D models to develop urban section from approximately 1OO feet west of cattle pass east to the roundabout. 3.1.12 Update proposed right of way linework in right of way basefile to reflect alignment shifts where appropriate. 3.1.13 Recut cross sections (existing groundlines and proposed) along revised alignment and profile.
