He requested a concession on the park dedication fee to accommodate <br />a portion of the costs associated with the 10-foot trail. <br />The Commission discussed the proposal and ultimately recommended full park dedication fees and construction <br />of the trail. An outline of the developer's request is attached. <br />Planning Commission <br />During the public hearing, the property owner directly to the west indicated there are two easements located on <br />the subject parcel for his use and wanted to make sure they were not removed with the request.
