THAT THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE REVIEWED IN ONE YEAR. <br /> <br />COMMISSION FUCHS SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> <br />THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />Sign Request by Coast to Coast <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Barthel stated that the owner of Coast to Coast, Mr. John <br />Plaisted. is requesting approval for an additional sign to be placed on <br />the Coast to Coast building for an additional tenant to advertise his <br />business. Mr. Barthel explained that the owner does not plan to use the <br />entire building at the present time and wishes to temporarily rent out <br />approximately 2,000 square feet of the 10,000 square feet for retail use, <br />until they decide to expand at some point in the future. <br /> <br />COMMI SSIONER BARRETT MOVED TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER OF THE <br />COAST TO COAST STORE TO TEMPORARILY RENT OUT PART OF THE FACILITY FOR <br />RETAIL USE, AND TO ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL SIGN TO BE PLACED ON THE MANSARD <br />WITH A MAXIMUM SIZE OF 2 FT. BY 26 FT. COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 6-0. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit for Sipes Service/P.H. <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph Sipe was present to request a conditional use permit so that <br />his station at 611 Highway #10 may become a conditioa1 use, and also, that <br />he may be allowed to place a free-standing 46 ft. by 32 ft. canopy over <br />the gas pumps. Mr. Sipe stated that he will be reconstructing the pump <br />island closest to Highway #10 so that it will be parallel to the other <br />pump island. He further stated that the canopy will be built to the <br />specification set by the oil company and would have a minimum clearance of <br />13 feet. <br />
