COMMISSIONER BARRETT <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4-0 . <br /> <br />14. Consider Final Plat Approval for Meadowvale Woods <br /> <br />Mr. Greg Frank was present and presented <br />Commission indicating this plat is in a Al <br />90 acres. This would include 29 lots <br />approximately 2.8 acres. <br /> <br />this item to the Planning <br />zone and contains approximately <br />with an average lot size of <br /> <br />Mr. Frank was concerned about the 40 mph design speed and would like to <br />see the speed limit set at 30 mph. <br /> <br />Discussion was <br />and the dollar <br />that the City <br /> <br />held regarding the letter of credit, what it should include <br />amount. It was the consensus of the Planning Commission <br />Attorney draft a low risk letter of credit for the roads. <br /> <br />Mr. Frank indicated he would like to see the letter of credit to be just <br />for the amount of road that was in the first phase and a second letter of <br />credit for the road that would be included in the second phase. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE <br />FINAL PLAT FOR MEADOWVALE WOODS WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN <br />THE BUILDING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S MEMO ALSO WITH THE ADDITIONAL <br />RECOMMENDATION THAT THE POSTED ROAD SPEEDS WOULD BE 30 MPH. C<H1ISSION <br />WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 4"-0. <br />
