THAT THE KENNEL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTIONS BY CITY STAFF AT <br />REASONABLE TIMES AND INTERVALS. <br /> <br />9. THAT THE DOGS BE KEPT INSIDE THIS SOUND PROOFED BUILDING FROM 10:00 <br />P.M. TO 6:30 A.M. AND ALSO WHEN NO ONE IS ON SITE TO CONTROL THEM. <br /> <br />12. THAT THERE BE NO ADDITIONAL DOGS UNTIL THE BUILDING IS COMPLETED. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 7-0. <br /> <br />6. Site Plan Review of Parcel VI in Barrington Place PUD <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson introduced this site plan review by Gary Santwire <br />explaining that the rep1at of Block 4 in Barrington Place PUD is not <br />going to happen. Block 4 is directly to the east of Parcel VI in <br />Barrington Place PUD. The petitioners now wish Block 4 to remain as it <br />was. 72 units of apartments. Therefore. the owners for Parcel VI. <br />represented by Gary Santwire. are looking to accomplish their original <br />plan for Parcel VI by adding Phase II to Building "A". This Phase II <br />on Building "A" would have been eliminated. if the Rep1at on Block 4 <br />would have went through. <br /> <br />The request is to review the second phase of Building "A" and also the <br />other chunk of Parcel VI that lies in the southeast corner. The <br />petitioners now are requesting consideration on that portion of Parcel VI <br />for a 7.840 sq. ft. office/retail building. <br />
