BLOCK 2. GREENHEAD 2ND ADDITION, WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE SUBJECT TO A ONE YEAR REVIEW. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE OUTDOOR AREA FOR THE DOGS BE COMPLETELY ENCLOSED WITH A <br />MINIMUM FOUR FOOT CHAIN LINK FENCE. <br /> <br />3. THAT THE FENCED AREA HAVE A MINIMUM SETBACK OF 300 FEET FROM THE <br />NEAREST NEIGHBORING RESIDENCE. <br /> <br />4. THAT THE DOGS BE NORMALLY INSIDE THE HOUSE AFTER 10:00 P.M. AND <br />BEFORE 6:30 A.M. <br /> <br />5. THAT THE DOGS BE MAINTAINED INDOORS WHEN THE OWNERS ARE NOT HOME. <br /> <br />6. THAT THE BARKING OF DOGS BE CONTROLLED TO LESS THAN 15 MINUTES <br />BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 P.M. AND 6:30 A.M. <br /> <br />7. THAT THERE BE A MAXIMUM OF 9 SPRINGER SPANIELS OVER THE AGE OF 6 <br />MONTHS. <br /> <br />8. THAT ALL ANIMALS BEING KEPT ON THE PREMISES BE OWNED BY THE <br />PETITIONERS. <br /> <br />9. THAT THERE BE NO BOARDING. GROOMING, TREATING OR TRAINING OF DOGS <br />ON THE PROPERTY FOR A FEE OR PROFIT. <br /> <br />10. THAT THE KENNEL BE LICENSED AND HAVE A KENNEL PERMIT. <br /> <br />11. THAT THE KENNEL AND THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ANIMALS COMPLY WITH CITY <br />ORDINANCES. <br /> <br />12. THAT THE KENNEL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTIONS BY THE CITY STAFF AT <br />REASONABLE TIME AND INTERVALS. <br />
