THAT ADEQUATE LIGHTING BE ATTACHED TO THE LUMBER STORAGE BUILDING <br />AND RETAIL BUILDING BUT DIRECTED AWAY FROM PUBLIC ROADWAY AND <br />NEIGHBORING RESIDENCES, EXCLUDING THE EAST SIDE OF THE LUMBER <br />STORAGE BUILDING. AND THAT THE LIGHTS BE TURNED OFF AT 10:30 P.M. <br /> <br />8. ALL PARKING AND DRIVE AREAS BE HARD-SURFACED. <br /> <br />9. THAT 90 SQUARE FEET OF SIGNAGE BE ALLOWED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE <br />LUMBER BUILDING. <br /> <br />10. THAT APPROXIMATELY 25 PLANTINGS BE PLACED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE <br />BUILDING. <br /> <br />11. THAT THE MAXIMUM . HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING BE APPROXIMATELY 32 FEET AND <br />THAT THE BUILDING BEA MAXIMUM OF 150 FEET BY 100 FEET IN SIZE. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BARRETT SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />14. Conditional Use Permit by Linda Norha/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson <br />use permit to <br />PUD. <br /> <br />explained that Linda Norha is requesting a conditional <br />amend the PUD Agreement on Block 4 of Barrington Place <br /> <br />Gary Santwire stated that the applicant is in the process of determining <br />what an appropriate use for the property would be and that she is <br />requesting that the same uses be allowed as are currently allowed on <br />Block 7 of the Barrington Place PUD. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed the possible allowable uses by going <br />through the City Code. <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson opened the public hearing. There being no one for or <br />against the matter, Chairman Wilson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BARRETT MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE <br />FOLLOWING USES BE INCLUDED IN BLOCK 4 BARRINGTON PLACE PUD: <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL OFFICES <br />BUSINESS OFFICES AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS <br />FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS <br />
