THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />15. Preliminary Plat Review/Replat of Block 4. Barrington Place PUD/ <br />Replat #7. Linda Norha/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson stated that Linda Norha is requesting a preliminary plat <br />review. a replat of Block 4. Barrington Place PUD to combine the six <br />lots in Block 4 into one lot. <br /> <br />Discussion was held by the Planning Commission in regards to the <br />connecting of 6th Street. Commissioner Fuchs commented that he sees no <br />sense in connecting a road to 6th Street because it would serve no <br />purpose but to use up land in the plat. Gary Santwire stated it was the <br />preference of the applicant to not have the roadway go through to 6th <br />Street. Chairman Wilson also voiced his opposition to the connection of <br />the road due to the fact it would not serve the public. but would be <br />connecting commercial to residential. It was the consensus of the <br />Planning Commission to not extend the road to 6th Street. <br /> <br />Chairman <br />for or <br /> <br />Wilson <br />against <br /> <br />opened the public hearing. There being no one present <br />the matter. Chairman Wilson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MORTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL or <br />THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF REPLAT 7 INTO BLOCK /14. TO COMBINE THE 6 LOTS <br />INTO ONE LOT WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: <br />
