Conditional Use Permit Request by D.J.'s Truck Sales/Public Hearing <br /> <br />D.J.'s Truck Sales of 9744 Highway 10. Elk River. Minnesota is requesting <br />a Conditional Use Permit for enclosed storage in a C-3B/Highway <br />Commercial Zone. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO TABLE THE REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT BY D.J.' S TRUCK SALES TO PERMIT ENCLOSED STORAGE IN A C-3B/HIGHWAY <br />COMMERCIAL ZONE UNTIL MR. OR MRS. DOUG SHERNELL IS PRESENT TO ANSWER <br />QUESTIONS. COMMISSIONER KIMBALL SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION WAS <br />WITHDRAWN . <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Aaron Peterson stated that he feels Mr. Shernel1's business fits in the <br />area; he is a good citizen and he is not out of , his asking range. <br /> <br />Steve Rohlf stated that the hearing is being tabled until Mr. Sherne11 <br />can be present to answer questions. He also stated that he would feel <br />uncomfortable placing conditions on the permit without the Sherne11's <br />present. <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />This hearing will be scheduled for the August 25. 1987 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO TABLE THE REQUEST BY MR. & MRS. DOUG SHERNELL <br />OF D. J. TRUCK SALES FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW ENCLOSED <br />STORAGE IN A C-3B/HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL ZONE. COMMISSIONER KIMBALL SECONDED <br />THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />12. Preliminary and Final Plat <br />Hearing <br /> <br />Barrington Place PUD RePlat #6/Public <br /> <br />Barrington Builders. Inc.. of 3250 West 66th Street. Minneapolis are <br />requesting preliminary plat approval of Rep1at #6.
