Previous Plannin Commission Action on Buildings A & B. Parcel VI. <br />Barrington Place PUn and ConceptR.ev1ew for Gary Ssntw re <br /> <br />Gary Santwire was present to discuss previous Planning Commission action <br />on Buildings A & B. Parcel VI of Barrington Place PUD. Steve Rohlf <br />explained that the main concerns were the landscaping and the building <br />design. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed with Santwire the planting of trees in <br />phases. The original proposal was for the trees to be planted in phases <br />of eight & four. Mr. Santwire explained that he would be planting trees <br />in phases of six and six. - still totaling the same amount (12) because <br />of construction. <br /> <br />Also discussed was the width of the landscaping beds. Santwire stated <br />that the beds will vary in depth from three to six feet and he will still <br />be planting the same number of shrubs. <br /> <br />In regards to the building front. Santwire stated that it would not have <br />a continual glass front but rather both buildings will be real stucco. <br /> <br />Acting Chairman Fuchs discussed the wood retaining wall constructed to <br />avoid water run off on neighboring property. Fuchs explained that this <br />was not brought to the attention of the Planning Commission at the time <br />of approval. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENT OF THE SITE PLAN <br />REVIEW OF BUILDINGS A AND B. PARCEL VI. BARRINGTON PLACE PUD WITH THE <br />FOLLOWING CHANGES: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />SIX TREES TO BE PLANTED ON SITE OF BUILDING B WITH THE BALANCE TO BE <br />PLANTED UPON ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR PHASE II OF BUILDING <br />A. <br /> <br />2. THE FRONT OF BUILDING B WILL HAVE SOME STUCCO AND NOT BE CONTINUOUS <br />STORE FRONT GLASS. <br />
