Conditional Use Permit to Amend the PUD Agreement for Barrington Place <br />PUD by M & S Development/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson stated that M & S Development was requesting to amend the <br />PUD Agreement for Barrington Place PUD to increase the density from 30 <br />units to 32 units on Block 2, (Replat #6). <br /> <br />Mr. McLaughlin of M & S Development indicated he is requesting this <br />amendment because he is building 4 unit townshouses. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Rohlf indicated <br />item was addressed. <br />Planning Commission <br />space being increased <br />M & S. <br /> <br />that at the March Planning Commission meeting this <br />He stated that the concerns brought up by the <br />regarding parking in front of the garages and green <br />has been addressed in the revised plat submitted by <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Ms. Jean Bobindrier questioned the Planning Commission as to why Mr. <br />McLaughlin should be able to continue building when the units he has <br />previously built are not completed, landscaped or fully occupied. She <br />further stated that the trash bins are not screened and that the other <br />residents are also concerned about these problems and would like to see <br />these corrected before more townhomes are built. <br /> <br />Mr. McLaughlin stated <br />that the remaining <br />indicated that the <br />Association. <br /> <br />that 3 units out of 8 are completed and explained <br />will be finished as they are sold. Mr. McLaughlin <br />trash bins should be brought up with the Townhouse <br /> <br />Commissioner Fuchs stated his concern regarding the old white truck that <br />has been parked in the area for some time. He questioned why this was <br />not removed. Mr. McLaughlin stated it belonged to a subcontractor. <br /> <br />Ms. Irma LeFebvre indicated she lived in one of the townhomes and that <br />she was very unhappy with the current situation. She stated she was told <br />all the townhomes were sold and that everything would be landscaped. <br /> <br />~ Chairman Wilson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MORTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL or <br />THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND THE PUD AGREEMENT FOR BARRINGTON <br />PLACE PUD TO ALLOW AN INCREASE IN DENSITY '10M 30 '1'0 32 UNI'rS ON jLO~ ~ <br />OF REPLAT /16. COMMISSIONER TEMPLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 7-0. <br />
