They will be
putting timbers up around the area because of the rear elevation rising
quite quickly.

COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE
SITE PLAN FOR BARRINGTON' PLACE PUD. THE MOTION PASSED 5-0.

8. Multiple Principal Buildings Per Lot/Jerry Minor/P.H.

Parking stall 117 was a concern. Perhaps it should be eliminated to avoid
accidents and put up barricades there. Commissioner Fuchs questioned
parking stall 14. It too could be a possible hazard. It would be in the
way for getting to stalls 1, 2, and 3.

Commissioner Kropuenske opened and closed the public hearing.

Commissioner Fuchs suggested putting a fence or curb stop near stalls 13 &
14. Mr. Minor stated that the elevation drops severely at that point and
there were big trees present. He thought it would be better to put a
fence at the back of the building to the property line.

Steve Rohlf said parking stall 14 could be eliminated and stalls I 1, 2, &
3 could be shifted over to the lot line. All parking drives would be hard
surfaced.

Discussion was held on exiting the lot. In the future a left turn lane
could be put in on Highway 169.

.
