If they took some top soil out of there, we <br />are going to replace it. <br /> <br />Jim - The thing is that they have already taking many feet of top soil off <br />there when you went out there without permission three days after I closed. <br />Jim, they have already took a whole bunch out - I have got pictures right <br />here that shows the cat tracks, shows cutting along the ruts, it shows ruts <br />exposed. The problem is already there, it is not if they come back, they <br />just didn't get in the corner, they got the whole lot. <br /> <br />Gerry - You and I are going to take a look at it even if we have to haul <br />dirt back up there to accomplish what has to be accomplished and even plant <br />some trees to do it. I f they went over on our property, I want Stinger <br />there because he is the guy that came and got the cat. That <br />you could drop 4 ft. by the time you got to my lot line that would create a <br />lot less problem, I think. <br /> <br />Cliff - At this time what we have is an approve plan right now any <br />deviation, alteration or changes, I need them in a plan because in order to <br />do any excavating anything over a 100 sq. ft. and a foot deep requires a <br />permit. <br />
