The Army Corps of Engineers is <br />looking into it. Also the piles of fill behind your office does not go into <br />that swamp there either, or the Corps of Engineers will come down on you. <br />They are now aware of the filling that has been taken place in there - that <br />is a headwater that they do have designated as protected. Again, before you <br />doing anything, it eliminates a lot of problems if you ask first because <br />then you know what regulations affect what. So be advised that any fill <br />like this takes a permit of some sort either through the building permit <br />process. <br /> <br />Gerry - My office and your office are real close - <br /> <br />Steve - That is why it is not hard for you to give us a call to find out <br />what is going on. <br /> <br />Gerry - We have been hauling dirt out of that hill for how many years. All <br />of a sudden the crap hits the fan because were hauling dirt. I realize now, <br />that we should have left the hill, corrected the hill, not hauled any dirt <br />out of there, and just corrected it and left it. I realize that now, but if <br />there was a problem hauling it, we have been hauling dirt out of there for <br />how many years, Steve? <br /> <br />Steve - I don't want to get into a debate here, but what hill are you <br />talking about hauling off there? <br /> <br />Gerry - The hill in Deerfield 3rd - The problem here that we have got right <br />now with lots 3 ????? <br /> <br />Steve - As far as I know, this started in July except for one place you <br />claimed ignorance that you never hauled any dirt on the other side of Larry <br />Gloes. Otherwise, Gerry, I have no knowledge you hauling....... <br /> <br />Gerry - We didn't - someone came in and took out a lot of dirt there, we <br />still don't know who did it. <br /> <br />Steve - As far as I know, there has been no other dirt hauled out of that <br />area until July. Is that the way you understand it, Cliff!! <br /> <br />Cliff - That is correct. <br /> <br />Steve - Excuse my language - but I don't know what the hell your talking <br />about. <br />
