We got <br />all of our dirt for the whole project, Deerfield 3rd and Deerfield 4th from <br />this hill. <br /> <br />Cliff - You created this hill three years ago, I went to court on this one, <br />and that hill was still there on the retaining wall for Woodwright. I was <br />on there last winter, and this hill was all here. <br /> <br />Gerry - No! No! There has been dirt taken out of here since we started <br />Deerfield 3rd. This is where we got our dirt. <br /> <br />Cliff - So you have been changing the drainage for the last three years??? <br /> <br />Gerry - Whenever someone needed dirt...50 loads...20 loads it came right out <br />of here. This dirt was ???? whatever. That hill was called - had a name. <br />It was a steep hill and what I'm saying to you is that everybody knows that <br />whey they needed dirt they got it out of here. That is where the dirt is <br />coming from. All of a sudden, stop hauling dirt. It was a surprise to me! ! <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Steve - Let me explain something to you Gerry. As far as any knowledge I <br />have, July is when that dirt started to be hauled out of there. If dirt has <br />been hauled out of there for years, under what permission were you hauling <br />dirt out. <br /> <br />Gerry - Then someone should of said something!! <br /> <br />Steve - You mean its O.K. if you do something wrong as long as no one says <br />anything. Gerry - If you knew.... Steve - I did not have any knowledge of <br />you doing that, Gerry. <br /> <br />Gerry - The building inspectors are out there every day. If there was <br />something wrong, you guys would have known if we were hauling dirt out of <br />that hill. <br /> <br />Steve - Does anybody have any knowledge of dirt being hauled out of that <br />area prior to July?? <br /> <br />Gerry - Of course, there was a big hole in the hill. <br /> <br />Steve - There is no hole there that I can recall. <br /> <br />Gerry - Of course there was. <br /> <br />Steve - That is enough of that debate - you did it. <br /> <br />. Cliff - Whether it has been going on for three years or three days.... <br /> <br />Steve - Whether it happened three days ago, you still needed approval, and <br />just because no one came up and said "Gee Gerry, your doing something wrong" <br />
