<br />. <br /> <br />(b) Danqerous Wastes. No dangerous wastes <br />shall be processed in any Solid Waste <br />Processing Facility within the City of Elk <br />River. Dangerous Waste deposited at a <br />Solid Waste Processing Facility shall be <br />disposed of by the operator of the facility <br />as required by state law. <br /> <br />(c) compliance with Zoninq Ordinance <br />Performance Standards. The operation of <br />all Solid Waste processing facilities <br />within the City of Elk River shall fully <br />comply with performance standards and other <br />requirements of Chapter IX of the Elk River <br />City Code, including specifically <br />Section 900.28 thereof relating to <br />performance standards for industrial uses. <br /> <br />(d) Hours of Operation. All operations at <br />Solid Waste processing facilities within <br />the city of Elk River shall be conducted <br />between the hours specified by the City <br />Council in the license for the facility. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(e) Safe Operation. The Solid Waste Processing <br />facility shall be operated in a manner so <br />as to insure the safest possible operation. <br />The City shall be notified immediately upon <br />the release or spill of any hazardous <br />materials at the facility, or of any other <br />dangerous condition at the facility. <br /> <br />( f ) <br /> <br />Orderly Maintenance. <br />entrance and exits of <br />Processing facilities <br />in a clean, neat, and <br />times. <br /> <br />The premises, <br />all Solid Waste <br />shall be maintained <br />orderly manner at all <br /> <br />(g) Nuisance Control. Measures to control <br />rodents, flies, odors, dust, wind blown <br />material, and other potential public <br />nuisances shall be adequate to prevent or <br />eliminate any public nuisance. Should the <br />City so prescribe, the licensee at his own <br />expense shall engage an exterminator or <br />pest control agent to inspect the solid <br />waste processing facility on at least a <br />monthly basis. A copy of each inspection <br />report shall be sent to the City <br />immediately upon its receipt by the <br />licensee. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />40. <br />
