<br />. <br /> <br />volume and location of the disposal of <br />Dangerous Wastes shall be recorded the day <br />such disposal takes place and shall include <br />the amount and type of waste disposed of, <br />and the name and address of the source of <br />the waste. These records shall be <br />available at all times for review and <br />inspection by the City. <br /> <br />(k) <br /> <br />Recording. A detailed description of the <br />location of the completed sanitary Landfill <br />site shall be recorded with the County <br />Register of Deeds within one month after <br />approval of the closure of the landfill. <br />This description shall include the general <br />type and location of deposited Solid Waste, <br />the location of phased or staged disposal <br />of wastes, the type and number of lifts, <br />original and final terrain descriptions, <br />site hydrogeologic conditions, and other <br />pertinent characteristics of the completed <br />sanitary landfill site. <br /> <br />604.28 - Waste Burninq Facilities. <br /> <br />1 . <br /> <br />Prohibited Areas. No Waste Burning Facility <br />shall be located, operated, or maintained in any <br />area of the City other than in those areas where <br />Waste Burning Facilities are a permitted or a <br />conditional use pursuant to the provisions of <br />Chapter IX of the City Code. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. License Required. It is unlawful for any person <br />to construct, establish, maintain or operate a <br />Waste Burning Facility having a capacity greater <br />than 2,000 pounds per hour (including <br />incinerators, boilers, or other facilities which <br />have been converted from other uses for use to <br />burn processed or unprocessed Solid Waste), <br />without first being licensed to do so by the <br />City. Application for a Solid Waste Facility <br />license to permit the operation of a Waste <br />Burning Facility shall be made in writing to the <br />City and delivered to the City Building and <br />Zoning Administrator. The following information <br />shall be submitted as a part of the application: <br /> <br />(a) The name and address of the person <br />requesting the license; <br /> <br />(b) The name and address of the owner of the <br />proposed Waste Burning Facility; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />28. <br />
