<br />. <br /> <br />(c) The name and address of the person <br />responsible for actual operation and <br />maintenance of the proposed Waste Burning <br />Facility; <br /> <br />(d) The street address and legal property <br />description of the property on which the <br />Waste Burning Facility is located or is <br />proposed to be located; <br /> <br />(e) The present and future population and areas <br />expected to be served by the proposed Waste <br />Burning Facility; <br /> <br />(f) The characteristics, quantities, and <br />sources of Solid Waste to be burned at the <br />Waste Burning Facility, including estimated <br />weekly and annual volume of Solid Waste to <br />be burned; <br /> <br />(g) A plan showing the land uses and zoning, <br />and the location, type, and height of all <br />buildings, within 1,000 feet of the <br />proposed Waste Burning Facility; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(h) A minimum of two sets of plans and <br />specifications prepared by a Minnesota <br />registered engineer clearly indicating the <br />construction which will be undertaken; <br /> <br />(i) An engineering report including <br />incinerator, furnace, or boiler design <br />criteria and expected performance data <br />including detailed information on <br />particulate and gaseous emissions to be <br />emitted by the Waste Burning Facility; <br /> <br />(j) A full and adequate description of proposed <br />operating procedures for the Waste Burning <br />Facility, including: <br /> <br />(1) All steps which will be taken to <br />ensure that any Solid Waste brought to <br />the Waste Burning Facility is entirely <br />contained in the facility and that <br />operation of the facility will not <br />result in any Land Pollution; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(2) All safety measures and precautions <br />which will be taken with respect to <br />the burning process, including a plan <br />for fire, nuisance, and vermin <br />control; <br /> <br />29. <br />
