<br />. <br /> <br />(a) The name and address of the person <br />requesting the license; <br /> <br />(b) The name and address of the owner of the <br />proposed Sanitary Landfill site; <br /> <br />(c) The name and address of persons responsible <br />for actual operation and maintenance of the <br />Sanitary Landfill; <br /> <br />(d) The exact legal description and acreage of <br />the property to be used for the Sanitary <br />Landfill; <br /> <br />(e) A site analysis in the form required by <br />Minnesota Rules, section 7035.1800(B)(2); <br /> <br />(f) An existing conditions plan in the form <br />required by Minnesota Rules, section <br />7035.1800(C)(1) which shall, in addition, <br />show the location of any existing wells; <br /> <br />(g) A development plan of the site in the form <br />required by Minnesota Rules section <br />7035.1800(C)(2); <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(h) A cross sections plan in the form required <br />by Minnesota Rules section 7035.1800(C)(3); <br /> <br />(i) An ultimate land use plan in the form <br />required by Minnesota Rules, section <br />7035.1800(C)(4), which shall also include <br />the location and species of vegetation to <br />be replanted and the location and nature of <br />any structures to be erected in relation to <br />the ultimate land use plan; <br /> <br />(j) A soil erosion and sediment control plan; <br /> <br />(k) A plan for dust, litter, and noise control; <br /> <br />(1) A full and adequate description of all <br />phases of the proposed operation to include <br />an estimate of the duration of the <br />operation; <br /> <br />(m) A plan for fire, nuisance, and vermin <br />control; <br /> <br />(n) Estimated weekly and annual volume of solid <br />waste to be disposed of in the Sanitary <br />Landfill; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />22. <br />
