<br />SECTION 8. NARROWCASTING <br /> <br />The System shall be capable of sending programs to each <br />community separately so that the residents of one community <br />may view a given program-while at the same time, residents <br />of another community may watch different programming at the <br />same time on the same channel. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. REGIONAL CHANNEL <br /> <br />The standard VHF channel 6 is designated for uniform <br />regional channel usage. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV. SERVICES AND PROGRAMMING, SUBSCRIBER <br />CONTRACTS, COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SERVICES AND PROGRAMMING <br /> <br />Programming shall be provided as specified in the <br />proposal of Rite Cable. Programming shall be added and <br />deleted pursuant to the procedures of Section 1. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Service shall not be interrupted unless reasonably <br />necessary. If service is interrupted for more than 48 hours <br />in any 30 day period, subscriber shall be credited pro-rata <br />for such interruption. An office shall be maintained in the <br />area and shall be capable of receiving complaints and <br />requests for repairs or adjustments at any time seven days <br />per week. This section further details subscriber complaint <br />procedures. <br /> <br />ARTICLE V. CONSTRUCTION, INITIAL SERVICE AREA, <br />LINE EXTENSION AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. INITIAL SERVICE AREA <br /> <br />All areas containing dwelling units within the city <br />shall be constructed as the initial service area. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
