<br />PROJECTED RSVP BUDGET FOR ELK RIVER <br /> <br />January 1,2006 - December 31,2006 <br /> <br />During January 1,2004 - December 31, 2004, $1,377 was the total amount of mileage <br />reimbursement provided to RSVP Volunteers who live in Elk River based on a $8,000 <br />cap per quarter. . The mileage reimbursement rate fluctuates depending on the number of <br />miles requested with a $10,000 per quarter cap in 2006. The following are projected <br />expenses for 2006. <br /> <br />Total mileage reimbursement <br /> <br />$1,500 <br /> <br />Other Direct Volunteer Expenses: <br /> <br />1. Supplemental accident, liability and excess automobile insurance <br />which covers the RSVP volunteers during their volunteering and <br />also in route to and from their assignments $484 <br /> <br />2. Recognition expenses for each active volunteer to attend the <br />annual RSVP banquet and other recognition events $1,135 <br /> <br />3. Additional expenses such as nametags, new member orientations, <br />etc. $15 <br /> <br />TOTAL VOLUNTEER EXPENSES <br /> <br />$ 3,134 <br /> <br />Volunteer Support Expenses in Elk River based on 60.8% <br />of the total costs in Sherburne County. (189 Elk River RSVP <br />volunteers are 60.8% of the total Sherburne County volunteers) <br /> <br />$52.319 <br /> <br />TOTAL COST TO OPERATE RSVP IN ELK RIVER <br /> <br />$ 55,453 <br /> <br />In addition to local funding, RSVP also receives financial support from <br />the Federal government, the State of Minnesota, Sherburne County <br />Social Services and Caring Rivers United Way.
