<br />EXHIBIT H <br />GENERAL & SITE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />SITE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br />In addition to the General Conditions, the CONTRACTOR shall conduct all operations in accordance with the <br />following specific conditions at the CLIENT <br /> <br />1.0 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The CONTRACTOR shall direct all questions and concerns on the following items directly to the CLIENT’s <br />Authorized Agent. <br /> <br />A. Any item that affects the Contract. <br />B. All items that affect the project schedule, work schedule, or hours of work. <br />C. All items that affect materials handling and staging. <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR shall direct all questions and concerns on the following items directly to the CLIENT. <br /> <br />A. All items involving building security. <br />B. All items involving work access to a specific area. <br /> <br />This does not relieve the CONTRACTOR of detailed schedule and work plans. However, the CLIENT will <br />administer all discrepancies in the schedule. <br /> <br />C. All items involving housekeeping and final work area clean up. <br /> <br />2.0 SCHEDULE <br />The CONTRACTOR shall provide a detailed schedule showing the type of work and the areas by building. The <br />CLIENT’s Authorized Agent will incorporate the CONTRACTOR’s schedule in the project schedule. Updates of the <br />project schedule will be the basis for the program reports. The CONTRACTOR shall consider the following items <br />when preparing the schedule and work plans. <br /> <br />A. Access: The CLIENT will be open Monday through Friday. No work will be performed on weekends or <br />off-hours without the permission of the CLIENT. <br /> <br />B. Non-office Areas: Non-office areas such as classrooms, hallways, lobbies and equipment rooms, will be <br />available during the business day excepting scheduled classes or events. The Work in these areas shall <br />not prohibit safe movement of building users. <br /> <br />C. Exterior Work: The CLIENT will be open Monday through Friday. No work will be performed on <br />weekends or off-hours without the permission of the CLIENT. <br /> <br />D. Scheduling Adjustments: The CONTRACTOR will be required to adjust the construction schedule to <br />accommodate both scheduled and unscheduled events. <br /> <br />E. Equipment: As final engineering is not started and equipment is not ordered until CONTRACTOR has a <br />signed contract / notice to proceed - CONTRACTOR cannot guarantee delivery dates / system start-up <br />and is not responsible for costs associated with additional mobilizations, temporary equipment, etc. if <br />long lead times affect construction schedule. Material ordering and final scheduling will not occur until a <br />signed agreement is received. <br />EXHIBIT H Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br />
