<br />EXHIBIT H <br />GENERAL & SITE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />1.0 CONTRACTOR’S USE OF PREMISES <br />The CONTRACTOR shall limit his or her use of premises for work and storage to allow for facility occupancy in all <br />areas. The CONTRACTOR shall assume full responsibility for the protection and safekeeping of products under <br />this contract stored on the site and shall move any products under his or her control that interfere with Facility <br />operations. <br /> <br />2.0 BUILDING OCCUPANCY <br />The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with the CLIENT to establish work schedules if disruption is necessary in any <br />area. <br /> <br />3.0 ENERGY SYSTEM DISRUPTION <br />The CONTRACTOR shall consult with the CLIENT prior to disrupting any energy systems. <br /> <br />4.0 STORAGE OF MATERIALS <br />The CONTRACTOR shall make arrangements with CLIENT to provide for the storage of materials on the job site. <br />If such arrangements cannot be made, CONTRACTOR shall provide facilities necessary for storage. This may also <br />include crew quarters and lunchroom facilities if necessary. All CONTRACTOR storage areas must be confined to <br />the area designated by the CLIENT. <br /> <br />5.0 RECEIVING, HANDLING, AND STORAGE <br />The CONTRACTOR shall receive from carriers at the CLIENT and check, unload, handle and store all materials and <br />equipment that are to be incorporated in the construction under these Specifications. The CONTRACTOR shall <br />be responsible for the prompt unloading of materials and equipment. The CONTRACTOR shall provide all <br />storage facilities for CONTRACTOR-furnished materials and equipment. The CONTRACTOR MAY NOT use the <br />CLIENT receiving area, personnel or equipment to receive any materials unless approved by the CLIENT. <br /> <br />6.0 TEMPORARY LIGHT, POWER AND WATER <br />The CLIENT will furnish all AC electricity and water. However, the CONTRACTOR shall furnish and pay for any/all <br />temporary conduit, wiring and piping, as may be required from the nearest available point of service and shall <br />remove same upon completion of the Work at no cost to the CLIENT. CLIENT shall be responsible for costs of <br />utility usages and demand for connections to the CLIENT’s systems. <br /> <br />7.0 SANITARY FACILITIES <br />The CONTRACTOR shall make arrangements with the CLIENT for the use of sanitary facilities and shall be <br />responsible for the cleanliness and conditions of said facilities until completion of the project. The <br />CONTRACTOR shall remove any worker creating a nuisance on the premises from the site. <br /> <br />8.0 DEMOLITION AND REMODELING WORK: <br />The CONTRACTOR shall remove existing equipment and materials noted on the Drawings or in the Specifications <br />to be removed or as required for the installation of new construction. Dust, noise and vibration shall be <br />controlled and held to a minimum. Demolition work shall be coordinated and conducted in a manner that will <br />not interfere with the normal operation of the adjacent work areas.
