Briggs <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br />Form 2523 <br />Resolution <br />th <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Elk River duly held on the 4 day of <br />September, 1956, the following Resolution was offered by Dan Bailey, seconded by August Mayer, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />WHERAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifications for the <br />improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 3 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 10 within <br />the corporate limits of the Village of Elk River from the Depot Avenue to south corporate limits; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, <br />Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State Proj. No. 7101-28 (T.H. 10-3) and <br /> <br />WHERAS, said specifications are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, <br />Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State Proj. No. 7101-28 (T.H. 10-3), which, <br />together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, <br />dated July 1, 1947, and Supplement No. 1 to the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications <br />for Highway Construction, effective April 15, 1953, on file in the office of the Commissioner of <br />Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 3 <br />renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled, and identified are also on <br />file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term “said plans and specifications” as hereinafter used in the body of this <br />resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and <br />specifications as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described. <br /> <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and specifications for the improvement of <br />Trunk Highway Number 3 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 10 within the limits of the <br />Village of Elk River be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />
