This <br />schedule will outline various design and user group <br />meetings or "committee workshops' with specific <br />agenda items. <br />Our involvement throughout the design phase will <br />allow the entire team to collaborate on key design, <br />bidding and construction milestones to be included <br />and updated in the CPM Schedule. We will review <br />early bid packages and incorporate them into the <br />overall schedule. Terra utilizes Microsoft Project <br />scheduling software to create the master Critical <br />Path Method (CPM) project schedule and includes <br />this schedule with the bidding documents. <br />Terra utilizes various tools and opportunities in <br />the documentation of the scope of work and the <br />establishment of the GMP.
