City of CorGIville, lowo <br />Coralville <br />Community Plan <br />Propelled by a burgeoning tech, <br />research, and medical community, <br />Coralville is a rapidly growing City <br />in eastern Iowa. Houseal Lavigne <br />directed the update of the City's <br />Community Plan, which provides <br />guidance on future growth and <br />development, with a focus on creating <br />diverse residential areas, improving <br />retail areas, establishing mixed -use <br />areas, strengthening connections to <br />the University of Iowa campus, and <br />supporting R&D and technology - <br />based industries.
