Major park 'l <br />district assets include the Eola and Prisco Community �tiJke,e I <br />Centers and Vaughan Athletic Center, but additional assets <br />include parks, trails, shelters, playgrounds, athletics fields and courts. The project team <br />completed the Phase 1 valuation, and with Park District approval, moved into the Phase 2 <br />sales cycle. Within the first 12 months of our sales engagement, the sales team secured <br />a 10-year pouring rights agreement for the Park District totaling more than $250,000 and <br />is currently working through the contract negotiations of an exclusive Healthcare <br />partner for park district facilities. <br />36 <br />
