Sponsorship Asset Inventory & <br />Valuation <br />SUMMARY OF SERVICES The Northbrook Park District (Illinois) <br />engaged The Superlative Group to conduct an asset inventory and <br />valuation for a wide variety of district properties. Assets included a <br />new Activity Center, Ice Rinks, Golf Courses, Aquatic Centers, and a <br />Velodrome, among others. Negotiations are currently underway to <br />begin a Phase II sales campaign for the Naming Rights to select <br />facilities. <br />37 <br />
