THE SUPERLATIVE GROUP <br />f <br />wEhLny <br />City of <br />Naming Rights, Sponsorship Asset Inventory <br />Valuation & Sales <br />SUMMARY OF SERVICES The Superlative Group <br />was hired in January 2014 to conduct a valuation <br />of <br />of assets inside and outside the Sacramento SAC RA M E N TO <br />Community Theater that could benefit from <br />corporate partnerships and sponsorships. In April <br />2014, the valuation team delivered the completed asset inventory and valuation to the <br />City that identified the value of Theater Naming Rights and other key assets. The project <br />team was subsequently re -hired by the City in May 2017 to re -visit Naming Rights and <br />sponsorships for the Theater, Convention Center and Memorial Auditorium. The <br />project team has completed a comprehensive report outlining key findings including <br />top -tier partnerships and/or donor categories and key prospects for Naming Rights <br />outreach. Most recently, the sales team is just finalized a 25-year, *23 million Naming <br />Rights deal with Safe Credit Union for the Theater and Convention Center. <br />
