Contractor shall correct the cause and alleviate all sediment deposition to the fullest extent possible within <br /> the timeframe in the written notice. <br /> C. Contractor shall be responsible for removing all sediment deposits including, but not limited to,drainage <br /> ways,stormwater basins,or catch basins and re-stabilize the areas where sediment removal results in <br /> exposed soil. The removal and stabilization shall take place within 7 calendar days of discovery unless <br /> precluded by legal, regulatory,or physical access restraints, regardless if a written notice has been issued by <br /> the Engineer. If precluded, removal and stabilization must take place within 7 calendar days of obtaining <br /> access. The Contractor is responsible for contacting all local, regional,State,and Federal authorities and <br /> property owners and obtaining applicable rights of entry,approvals,and/or permits. <br /> D.
