Proposed Project Team and Experience, Page 24 <br />Proposed Project Team and Experience - Section 4 <br />Anoka County <br />Parks Administration <br />550 Bunker Lake Blvd NW <br />Andover, MN 55304 <br />(763) 324-3300 <br />Contact Person: <br />Danielle Sanborn, Anoka County Parks and Recreation <br />Mississippi River Regional Trail Expansion <br />The Mississippi River Regional Trail Expansion connected a critical segment of the Mississippi River <br />Trail (MRT) through the Mississippi West Regional Park located in Ramsey, MN. This project is part of a <br />larger national initiative to build a 3,000 mile network of trails along the entire length of the Mississippi <br />River from its headwaters in Itasca, MN to the Gulf of Mexico. <br />Hakanson Andersons services consisted of preparation of the Project Memorandum, Schematic Design, <br />Detailed Design, Drainage Design, Permitting, Construction Observation and Construction <br />Administration. Approximately 7,000 feet of trail were constructed along with two scenic overlooks. This <br />project was designed in 2016/2017 and <br />constructed in 2018. <br />Project Cost: $800,000 <br />Design Criteria: Federal Aid, State <br />Aid, ADA <br />Funding: Federal and Local
