Hakanson Anderson’s tasks included easement and right - <br />of-way acquisition, and design for grading, bituminous surfacing, curb and gutter, and storm drainage <br />improvements. <br />A new segment of road was constructed from Martin Farms Avenue to Nadala Avenue, 70 th Street was <br />improved from Nadala Avenue to Oakwood Avenue, and an off street shared multi-use bituminous trail <br />was constructed on the north side of the road alignment. This project also included the construction of a <br />roundabout at the intersection of 70th Street and CSAH 37. The improvements were designed to meet <br />Municipal and County State Aid design standards.
