The project included constructing a traffic signal at this uncontrolled intersection to facilitate <br />commercial development. The project also included improvements to 187th Lane on the west side of TH <br />65 and construction of new service roads on the east side of TH 65. <br />Hakanson Anderson’s tasks included easement and right -of-way acquisition and design services. <br />Hakanson Anderson also prepared the grant application to secure Cooperative Agreement Funds <br />(currently known as the Local Partnership Program) from the MnDOT. <br />Project Cost: $2.1 Million <br />Design Criteria: Municipal State Aid, Cooperative Agreement Grant, and Local Funds <br />Funding: $252,000
