The project consisted of the design and construction of improvements to <br />public infrastructure including sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and street improvements. <br />Ultimate improvements include a 4-lane divided Twin Lakes Road with a multilane roundabout at the <br />intersection of 171st Avenue and a potential interchange at the intersection of Highway 10. Hakanson <br />Anderson completed the preliminary design for the future roundabout at the intersection of 171 st Avenue <br />with the Phase 1 Improvements which were constructed in 2012. Hakanson Anderson provided all <br />surveying and platting services for the 5 new commercial/industrial lots. <br />Project Cost: $1.1 Million <br />Design Criteria: Municipal State Aid and City Standards <br />Funding: Local and DEED <br />Status: Constructed
