Proposed Project Team and Experience, Page 18 <br />Proposed Project Team and Experience - Section 4 <br />task is selected, Bill will lead the Kimley Horn team in completing the tasks as further defined <br />in the work plan. <br />Ron Wagner, P.E., is proposed to be the QA/QC Reviewer. Ron is the CEO with the firm and <br />has 22 years of municipal engineering experience. Ron has experience in the design and <br />construction of various federally funded projects, including 70th Street NE (CSAH 37) in <br />Otsego and Safe Routes to School Trail projects. Ron will review the completed plans and <br />specifications in accordance with our established procedures as outlined in our Quality <br />Manual. Ron has worked with numerous governmental clients and has established an excellent <br />track record of meeting the clients needs and expectations by providing quality advice and <br />exceptional project management. Ron has extensive experience in the design and construction <br />of state aid, residential, and commercial streets; trails, watershed plans and roadway <br />management programs. He has designed and supervised numerous civil engineering <br />improvement projects. <br />Timothy Eggerichs, P.E., is proposed to be a Lead Design Engineer. Tim will lead the design <br />on the project ensuring that adequate detail and design elements are incorporated into the <br />plans. Tim will assign specific design and drafting tasks to other design engineers and <br />technicians and assemble multiple elements to ensure a complete design. Tim has a Bachelor <br />of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer. Tim is in his 20th <br />year with Hakanson Anderson. Tim’s focus over the past 20 years has been development of <br />plans and specifications for a variety of improvement projects. <br /> Adam Thiele, P.E., is proposed to be a Design Engineer. Adam will carry out specific <br />assignments and complete the design of individual project elements. Adam received a <br />Bachelors of Science from the University of Minnesota and is a Licensed Professional <br />Engineer. Adam routinely carries out assignments from Project Managers, successfully <br />implementing his analytical and technical skills to complete portions of an overall project. <br />Adam will assist the Hakanson Anderson team in performing the duties as appropriate. He has <br />successfully completed detailed design, plans, and specifications for numerous improvement <br />projects. <br />Andrew Vistad, P.E., is proposed to be a Design Engineer. Andrew will carry out specific <br />assignments and complete the design of individual project elements. Andrew received his <br />Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of North Dakota. Andrew is a recent <br />addition to Hakanson Anderson and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in North Dakota. <br />Andrew’s focus has been in design for municipal development, stormwater modeling, <br />preparation of stormwater management plans, flood protection projects and municipal solid <br />waste landfill designs. <br />Kaci Fischer, is proposed to be the Environmental Specialist. Kaci is the firm’s <br />environmental specialist with experience in the review of wetland delineations, wetland <br />hydrology studies, and replacement plans. Kaci has her Masters Degree in Environmental <br />Science. She works with local, state, and federal authorities and applicants on complex issues <br />to resolve differences on technical issues relating to wetland and other environmental <br />regulations.
