Proposed Project Team and Experience, Page 17 <br />Proposed Project Team and Experience - Section 4 <br />A. Staff Commitment <br />The team for this project was carefully selected based on their qualifications, experience and availability. <br />Due to the importance we have placed in serving you, your team will include many of our key employees <br />with a wealth of relevant experience. We have assembled a team of over 10 qualified staff members to <br />complete the work efficiently, cost effectively and professionally. <br />B. Design Team <br />Craig Jochum, P.E., is proposed to be the Project Manager. Craig is the President with the <br />firm and has 29 years of experience in municipal and civil engineering. Craig will be <br />responsible for the high level management and administration of all engineering services <br />required under the contract. Over the past two decades, Craig has been coordinating with <br />MnDOT on intersections along Trunk Highway 65, in which Craig is the City Engineer. More <br />recently, Craig has been coordinating with MnDOT on intersection improvements and corridor <br />planning on Trunk Highway 47 in the City of St Francis. Craig has extensive experience in the <br />design and construction of state aid, residential, and commercial streets; and municipal <br />utilities. <br /> Shane Nelson, P.E., is proposed to be the Assistant Project Manager. Shane is a Vice <br />President with the firm and has 19 years of experience in municipal and civil engineering. In <br />2018, Shane completed the construction oversight of a segment of the Mississippi River Trail <br />in the Anoka County Mississippi Riverfront Regional Park, which was a federally funded <br />project. Shane will oversee the preparation of the Project Memorandum, the detailed design <br />and ensure that the Delegated Contract Process (DCP) is followed. Shane has worked with <br />numerous governmental clients and has established an excellent track record of meeting the <br />clients needs and expectations by providing quality advice and exceptional project <br />management. <br />Brandon Bourden, P.E. Traffic Analysis Lead <br />Brandon has 21 years of experience in transportation planning and design for a wide range of <br />projects including interchange and roadway improvement, municipal street reconstruction, <br />environmental planning and documentation, access management, safety improvement, and <br />intersection signalization. Brandon will lead the Traffic Analysis efforts of this project and will <br />utilize his extensive experience in the Corridor Analysis, Intersection Analysis, and Existing <br />and Future Conditions Analysis. Brandon specializes in traffic design including traffic signals, <br />signing and pavement markings, ITS, lighting, and construction phasing and temporary traffic <br />control. <br />William Klingbeil, P.E. Transportation Engineer Lead <br />Bill brings 19 years of experience in the transportation industry. Specifically, Bill specializes in <br />all aspects of preliminary and final highway design, roundabout design, context-sensitive <br />design, value engineering, complete street design, Design-Build, drainage design, municipal <br />engineering, construction administration, and surveying. Bill will analyze the Highway 10 / <br />Twin Lakes Road intersection alternatives and will evaluate and recommend geometric <br />upgrades on the Highway 10 corridor within the project area.
