W <br /> WASTE MANAGEMENT <br /> Construction Schedule updates and revisions shall indicate actual progress of the Work in the <br /> field and shall include Amendments, if any, impacting the progress of the Work. <br /> 3.14.4 No revision or update to the Construction Schedule shall relieve Contractor of its obligation to <br /> complete the Work within the Contract Time. <br /> 3.14.5 Contractor shall perform the Work in general conformance with the most recent Construction <br /> Schedule submitted to Owner. <br /> 3.15 Documents and Samples at the Site <br /> 3.15.1 Contractor shall maintain and make available to the Owner's Authorized Representative one <br /> record copy of Contract Documents, including Record Drawings. Such documents shall be <br /> maintained in good order and kept current to record Amendments, selections made during <br /> construction, minor changes in the Work and approved deviations from the Contract Documents, <br /> if any. <br /> 3.15.2 Contractor shall also maintain and make available to the Owner's Authorized Representative for <br /> review approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples, and similar submittals. These shall be <br /> delivered to the Owner's Authorized Representative prior to final inspection as required in Article <br /> 9. <br /> 3.16 Manufacturer's Specifications <br /> 3.16.1 Contractor shall offload, store, handle and install all materials and perform all Work in the manner <br /> required by any applicable materials manufacturers whose Products are incorporated into the <br /> Work, including any Owner furnished materials. Should the Contract Documents and <br /> manufacturer's instructions conflict, Contractor shall report the conflict to the Owner's Authorized <br /> Representative for resolution prior to proceeding with the Work. <br /> 3.16.2 References to the manufacturer's specifications, manufacturer's directions, or manufacturer's <br /> recommendations, shall refer to the referenced manufacturer's current published documents in <br /> effect as of the date of receipt of bids, or for Change Orders, as of the date of the Change Order. <br /> 3.17 Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples <br /> 3.17.1 Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples are not Contract Documents. The purpose of their <br /> submittal is to demonstrate, for those portions of the Work for which submittals are required, the <br /> way Contractor proposes to conform to the information given and the design concept expressed <br /> in the Contract Documents. <br /> 3.17.2 Contractor shall submit to the Owner's Authorized Representative the Shop Drawings, Product <br /> Data, and Samples required by the Contract Documents in the forms, quantities, and procedures <br /> specified in the Specifications. Submittals shall be transmitted with reasonable promptness and <br /> in such sequence as to cause no delay in the Work or in the activities of Owner or of a Separate <br /> Contractor. Submittals made by Contractor which are not required by the Contract Documents <br /> or which are indicated to be for information only may be returned without action. If, in the opinion <br /> of the Owner's Authorized Representative, the submittals are incomplete, indicate an inadequate <br /> understanding of the Work covered by the submittal, or indicate a lack of review by Contractor <br /> prior to submittal, the submittal may be returned unchecked to Contractor for correction of <br /> deficiencies and subsequent resubmittal. <br /> 3.17.3 Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work requiring submittal and review of Shop Drawings, <br /> Product Data, and Samples until the respective submittal has been returned with appropriate <br /> action. Such Work shall be in accordance with reviewed submittals, unless the submittals are <br /> subsequently found to be defective. When Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples are <br /> required, related Work performed prior to review and approval of such submittals shall be at <br /> Contractor's risk, and Owner shall not be obligated to accept such Work if such submittals are <br /> later found to be not acceptable. <br /> 3.17.4 Contractor shall review and certify that all submitted Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples <br /> conform to Contract Documents without exception by affixing Contractor's approval stamp and <br /> 15 Jun-17 <br /> Ver.2.0 <br />
