Contractor's stamp shall state that Contractor has determined and verified materials, <br /> quantities, field measurements, and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and <br /> has checked and coordinated the information contained within such submittals with the <br /> requirements of the Work and the Contract Documents. <br /> 3.17.5 Contractor shall not be relieved of responsibility for deviations from requirements of the Contract <br /> Documents by Owner's, Owner's Design Professional's or any Subconsultant's review of Shop <br /> Drawings, Product Data, or Samples unless Contractor has specifically informed the Owner's <br /> Authorized Representative in writing of such deviation at the time of submittal, and the Owner's <br /> Authorized Representative has given written approval of such deviation. Contractor shall not be <br /> relieved of responsibility for errors or omissions in Shop Drawings, Product Data, or Samples by <br /> Owner's or Owner's Design Professional's or Subconsultant's approval thereof. <br /> 3.17.6 Contractor shall clearly and prominently identify all revisions or changes on resubmitted Shop <br /> Drawings, Product Data, or Samples from the prior submittal. <br /> 3.17.7 When professional certification of performance criteria or materials, systems, or equipment is <br /> required by the Contract Documents, Owner shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and <br /> completeness of such calculations and certifications. <br /> 3.17.8 Contractor shall submit Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples to the Owner's Authorized <br /> Representative in time to allow a minimum of fourteen (14) Days for the Owner's Authorized <br /> Representative's review prior to the date Contractor needs the reviewed submittals returned. By <br /> agreement of the parties' Authorized Representatives, this time may be shortened or lengthened <br /> for a particular job requirement. For Product colors or textures to be selected by Owner, <br /> Contractor shall submit all samples together to allow the Owner's Authorized Representative to <br /> prepare a complete selection schedule. <br /> 3.18 Use of Site <br /> 3.18.1 Contractor shall perform and confine operations at the Site to those areas permitted by Applicable <br /> Laws, permits and the Contract Documents. To the maximum extent practicable and except as <br /> otherwise expressly provided for in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall schedule and <br /> complete the Work in a manner that does not interfere with Owner's ongoing business operations, <br /> if any, at the Site. <br /> 3.18.2 Contractor shall not unreasonably encumber the Site with materials or equipment. <br /> 3.18.3 To the extent required by Contractor and not provided by Owner, Contractor shall provide for all <br /> lands and access thereto that may be required for use by Contractor for temporary construction <br /> facilities or for storage of materials and equipment, and shall indemnify Owner with regard to such <br /> use as stated in this Article 3. <br /> 3.18.4 In its use and scheduling of the Site and of the Work, Contractor shall give all reasonable <br /> cooperation to Owner and Owner's Separate Contractors who may be undertaking parts of the <br /> Project for any reason or who may be performing work on other projects of Owner. <br /> 3.19 Cutting And Patching <br /> 3.19.1 Contractor shall be responsible for cutting,fitting, and patching necessary to accomplish the Work <br /> and shall suitably support, anchor, attach, match, and trim or seal materials to the work of others. <br /> Contractor shall coordinate the Work with the work of Separate Contractors to minimize conflicts, <br /> as provided in Article 6, Construction by Owner or by Separate Contractors. <br /> 3.19.2 Contractor shall not endanger any Work by cutting, digging, or other action, and shall not cut or <br /> alter the Work of other Separate Contractors except with the written consent of Owner and the <br /> affected Contractor. <br /> 3.20 Cleaning <br /> 3.20.1 Contractor shall perform a daily clean-up of all dirt, debris, scrap materials, and other disposable <br /> items resulting from Contractor's operations, whether on Site or off Site.
