Approve Park Development Standard Operating Procedures <br /> <br />Director of Planning, Michele McPherson presented to the Commission the updated list for <br />the Park Development Standard Operating Procedures. <br /> <br />Commissioner Paige suggested for Number Five to use the word "immediate" in both <br />places. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COMMISSIONER PAIGE AND SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />KUESTER TO ADDOPT THE PARK DEVELOPMENT STANDARD <br />OPERATING PROCEDURES WITH CURRENT CHANGES. MOTION <br />CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />9.C.2. Approve Big Tooth Ridge Park Development Plan <br /> <br />Planner/Park Planner, Chris Leeseberg presented the plan for the development of Big <br />Tooth Ridge Park. The plan showed a paved trail following the existing path through the <br />park out to 196m Court. A small section of the path consists of a wood chip trail with a <br />hand rail running along one side.
