Commissioner Anderson also <br />suggested seeding the bottom of the hill with perennial rye. <br /> <br />Park Foreman, Terry Bye suggested building a culvert so water can cross the trail at the base <br />of the hill. Mr. Bye also suggested short grass prairie for gravel area along trail in backyards. <br /> <br />The Commission selected Option 3 for the clean up and development of the park. <br /> <br />10. Parks and Recreation Director Hiring Process - Director of Planning, Michele <br />McPherson shared that the Council hired the new Parks and Recreation Director and he <br />begins on July 19th. <br />
