Minor shoulder treatment <br />will be required to match into the existing surface. Storm sewer culverts may be evaluated by City staff to <br />determine if they will be replaced with this project. <br />Bituminous Overlay with Concrete Curb <br />A 1.5-inch bituminous overlay is proposed for the following roadways with existing concrete curb & <br />gutter: <br />- Lafayette Woods Subdivision, including all phases <br />- Dodge Street NW from 193rd Avenue NW to approximately 900 feet north <br />- Carlson Circle NW <br />- Baldwin Circle NW <br />- Auburn Street NW, Zane Street NW, 195th Circle NW, 196th Avenue NW, 196th Circle NW, <br />Wilson Street NW, 196th Lane NW, and Zane Court NW <br />- 193rd Avenue NW from 250 east of Evans Street NW to Zane Street NW <br />A taper mill will be required on these road sections to match into the lip of curb. Spot patching will also <br />be required in failed pavement areas. Full surface milling will be required on 193rd Avenue where the <br />roadway has a cross slope from the center median. <br />Any deficient sidewalk and curb replacement required along these segments will be marked for removals <br />prior to beginning construction. Pedestrian ramps within the project area will be reviewed to verify they <br />meet current ADA requirements. If they are found to be out of compliance, they will be replaced with this <br />project. <br />Bituminous Overlay with Bituminous Curb <br />A 1.5-inch bituminous overlay is proposed for the following existing roadways with bituminous curb: <br />- 214th Avenue NW west of Meadowvale Road NW <br />- 215th Avenue NW west of Jarvis Street (approx. 800 LF full street reconstruction with subgrade <br />correction also anticipated through wetland area) <br />- Edison Circle NW <br />- 217th Avenue NW west of Brook Road NW <br />- 225th Avenue NW from Hwy 169 to Baldwin Street NW (curb on north side only) <br />- Fresno Street NW from Ranch Road NW to southern limit <br />- 226th Lane NW, 226th Avenue NW, 226th Court, and Cleveland Avenue <br />A taper mill will be required on these road sections to match the existing bituminous gutter to maintain <br />current gutter capacity after the overlay is complete. Spot patching will also be required in failed <br />pavement areas. <br />Bituminous Overlay in Rural Sections <br />A bituminous overlay is proposed for the following existing rural section roadways: <br />- 225th Avenue NW from Meadowvale Road NW to the western City limits <br />- Fresno Street NW from Elk Lake Road NW to the northern City limits
