ER 14000095 Suspicious Vehicle 2014 17354 Zane While on patrol I observed the listed vehicle in the listed parking lot. Driverstated O1-02 St that they were just talking and advised to find another place to talk. End Trespass at the listed location. The mentioned individual had pulled into the vacant ER 14005000 Trespass 2014 17354 Zane business lot to discuss driving with his daughter, a new driver. No problems and 03-23 St individual was directed to leave property and do instruction at a different location. End report. While on a security check of the mentioned abandoned building, I observed that a window an the south side of the building, which previouslyhad a plywood board ER 14006283 Unsecure 2014- 17354 Zane securing the window, was no longer secured. This allowed access to the building from Building/Home 04-11 St a ground level which officers used to check the interior of the building. Interior checked but no new suspicious activitylocated. Building window was not able to be secured. End. ER Chief 2 reported a missing window on a garage on south side of the building with ER 14007537 Suspicious 2014- 17354 Zane misc. couches and mattresses inside. Items appear to be dumped and possibly related Activity QS 02 St to another incident case dated 4-11-14. Officers located two unsecured doors to the main building. The building was checked and secured as best that could. While conducting a security check several doors and a garage door were found Zane unsecured. Interior was check and it is unknown if new damage has occurred and if ER 14008577 Unsecure 2014- 17354 S[ anything is missing. All doors were secure except one at the rear that does not Building/Home 05-19 NW function properly. It appears there were fire marks in the service bay area where someone had driven a vehicle and parked inside. The roof hatch was also open and theHVAC systems have been tampered with. Extra patrol. While doing a security check at mentioned abandoned building, I found a service door ER 14006871 Unsecure 2014- 17354 ZANE held ajar with a stick from a tree. I attempted to secure the door but the lock is non Building/Home 05-24 ST functioning. The door is on the west side of the building into a smailservice areawith an overhead door and couches in it. No further action. ER 14008917 Unsecure 2014- 17354 ne St Located two doors on the west side propped open. Checked building, located second Building/Home 05-25 sto room, on the west side appears ppears [o be a hang out area. Secured doors. ER 14008951 Suspicious Vehicle 2014- 17354 Zane Located an occupied suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Driver was sleeping and 05-26 NW awaiting far her husband to complete his dialysis appointment across the street. While performing a security check at the listed business I observed the window on the Unsecure 2014- Zane SW garage door was broken out and and the adjacent door was open. Officers entered ER 14009156 Building/Home 05-29 17354 St and searched the interior. No people were located within the building. NW END While on patrol I observed two garage windows on the South side of the listed ER 14009363 Unsecure 2014- 17354 Zane business that had been previously secured had the plywood removed. Officers were Building/Home 06-02 Nw able to open one of the garage doors and the interior was cleared. Officers were able to re-secure the doors. End. Zane Observed maintenance boarding up windows and securing doors on Friday, 06/06/14. ER 14009753 Unsecure 17354 Upon checking building found west side garage door window board removed and door Building/Name 06-08 06-08 Nw with the word 'Jet' propped open. Checked interior found roof top access door open. Cleared building and locked door. Zane Officer conducting security check of vacant building (formerly Saxon Motors) found a ER 14011858 Damage to 2014- 17354 second Floor office window broken that had been intact as ofseverai daysago.Unknown Property 07-12 NW when the damage occurred. Window faces north and is on the west side of the building. Information only at this time. Zane Passer by reported a door on the west side of the building standing open. Arrived and ER 14011904 Suspicious 2014- 17354 checked interior which was clear. Due to existing damage it is unknown if there is new Activity 07-13 Nw damage. Door was secured but there are several points where someone could gain entry. ER 14013645 Suspicious Vehicle 2014- 17354 Zane Observed occupied vehicle parked in the Saxon lot, southwest corner. Made contact 08 14 NW with the driver who stated he was having vehicle issues. Reporting party requested extra patrols at the listed building. Business location there ER 14016926 Public Assist 2014 117354 JZane has been bought by Briggs Property and although they have been doing a lot of clean 10-09 St up there, the building has no lights or security on it yet. Through October 16th, 2014 , no vehicles should be in thelot between1900 hours 0700 hours. End.
