While doing a security check at the mentioned location I found the mentioned vehicle 2013 ZANE parked In lot with one occupant. Individual was doing paperwork from a jab he was ER 13000373 Security Check 01-08 17354 ST doing In the area. Individual left the area after being told he was on private property. End report. While completing a security check at the listed business I located a license plate in the lot near the street and the front entrance. I recognized this license plate as a possible stolen plate from a previous incident in Elk River. The license plate did come back as ER 13006829 Found/Recovered 2013- 17354 Zane stolen when ran through CIIS. The plate was placed into the evidence locker at the Property OS -07 St Elk River Police Department. See Digital Dictation. Found/Recovered 2013- Zane Baseball glove and ball located in an exterionire extinguisher cabinet in the back of ER 13007265 Property 05-15 17354 St Saxon Motors. It was brought to the department for safe keeping. ER 13007326 Security Check 17354 Sane Security check listed area D5116 While on a security check, I located an unlocked door an the west side of the building facing the river. A service door with the word -'jet' sprayed painted with black paint was unlocked and I was able to pull it open. When assisting officers responded, the ER 13007701 Unsecure 2013- 17354 Zane building was cleared and found to be unoccupied. A skating pipe and reading Building/Home 05-20 St magazines were located upstairs but nothing else suspicious. Keyholder will be notified during normal business hours on unsecured door. End. While on patrol, found open door on south side of business. Checked interior and also Unsecure 2013- ZANE found roof hatch was open. At the bottom of the stairs leading up to the roof hatch, I ER 13008074 Building/Home 05-26 17354 ST found a Visa debit card belonging to mentioned. I was able to resecure the doors to the business. I Called the owner of the Visa card and left a message on their voice mail to call me. Visa card was placed into evidence at ERPD. ER 13008146 Security Check 2013 17354 ZANE Blacked out/stationary patrol of businesses in the 17300 and 17400 block of Hwy 10. 05-28 ST No activity observed. Spoke with mentioned two individuals who were walking across the closed business 2013- Zane parking lot from the rear of the building. Identified the individuals and they told me ER 13008400 Trespass 05-31 17354 St they had walked around the building while they had been waiting for a ride. Parties were clear checks and allowed to leave. End report. When I shined my spotlight on the vehicle I observed that it was occupied 4x's. When I made contact with the occupants I detected the odor of burnt marijuana and the odor of an alcoholic beverage inside of the passenger compartment. A search of the vehicle was conducted and marijuana, drug paraphernalia and containers with alcohol were located. McKernan and I to check doors, at which time, a door on Building/Ham, 06-09 ST the north side was found unsecure. We checked the interior, but no one was located inside. The unlocked door was secured. . Received a radio call on suspicious activity at the old Saxon Motors building. The assistant fire chief reported seeing two parties on the roof. Upon arrival, there was a ER 13020246 Suspicious 2013- 17354 Zane group of people attempting to film snow boarding stunts. There did not appear to be Activity 12-21 SC any new damage. Parties were advised to contact the building owners for permission. Parties were warned for trespassing.
